This website is entirely static and written in markdown, I use pandoc and a
Makefile to generate it. In fact, you can view the source of any page on this
site just by changing `.html` to `.md`.

- A. It's an [RCS tag](https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Customizing-Git-Git-Attributes),
